If you are considering listing your home privately or feel that the traditional listing agreements do not allow the flexibility you want, this plan may be right for you.

Flexibility for owners to show and sell their home privately.

Allows all realtors® to actively show and sell your home.

Allows for the flexibility to increase advertising based on the owners needs and wants.

Full Real Estate Exposure on Realtor.ca Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Plan Includes

  • Listing agreement up to one year.
  • Listing Input Sheet.
  • Seller Property Information Statement.
  • Web site listings will include four digital pictures.
  • Listing circulated to the Thunder Bay Real Estate members.
  • Advertised or linked to Realtor.ca, MLS.ca, ChrisJoubert.ca, RoyalLePage.ca, the Thunder Bay real estate board and the Thunder Bay Royal LePage website.
  • One lawn sign.
  • Copy of listing sheet.

  • Full page web ad on ChrisJoubert.ca.

Selling Commission

NO commission is payable if sold privately by the home owner. Only the listing fee of $990 + HST applies.

Seller will pay commission only if sold by a real estate sales person.

The $990 will be waived if sold by a real estate brokerage.

Listing Fee

Listing fee of $990.00 plus HST is payable if the home is sold by the home owner during the listing period, or if the listing expires and is not renewed.

No refund on listing fees. Listing fee is non-refundable.

Example

If sold by Realtor: home sells for $100,000 with 6% real estate commission payable. Total fees = $6,000.

If sold by owner: owner pays $990. Total fees = $990.

If owner cancels listing or it expires: total fees = $990.
